For more than 30 years with the RE/MAX® brand, I’ve hoped for the opportunity to be part of a brokerage that competently serves our clients through every aspect of buying, selling, exchanging, and maintaining their real estate investments. With Gold Capital Partners, that vision is now a reality. As a shareholder, I’m extremely proud to be part of an ownership group that truly is ‘Client Focused | Broker Owned.’

Years ago, I asked myself, why aren’t we, as agents, participating financially in the other revenue streams we help create? That question led to a vision: a client-focused, agent-owned company. Today, that vision is real. Our agents don’t just close deals, they own a piece of the parent company that ties it all together. It’s about creating a better experience for clients and giving our agents the long-term financial benefits they deserve. We’ve built the ecosystem, and when clients win, agents win too.

This journey started when Keith Ard introduced the vision for Gold Capital Partners. I was intrigued right away. I was looking for something more sustainable, something that could outlast the day-to-day grind of deal-making. The shared services model, the ability to collaborate with partners, and the chance to build something longer-lasting just made sense. I did my research, saw the success in Utah, and knew I couldn’t let this opportunity pass me by.

At RE/MAX Associates, my favorite part of having ownership is the residual income. It’s based on all of our collective production. That alignment with some of the best in the industry not only benefits me as an agent, but more importantly, it benefits our clients. We’re all invested in delivering excellence together.
